SHIPPING + RETURNS 


Shipping

TLD Jewelry does not ship to a P.O. Box address and an adult signature is required for all deliveries. All packages will be delivered by UPS, unless otherwise noted. Each package will have a tracking number associated with each order. Please note that your order will be processed only after your credit card is approved or another form of payment is made. When TLD Fine Jewelry ships your order you will receive a confirmation  e-mail indicating the tracking number and when you can expect to receive your package.

If a customer would like to ship a piece of jewelry to TLD Jewelry,  they must contact us and receive an e-mail from the TLD Fine Jewelry representative on how to ship to us using a insured shipping carrier.  

 

Returns

We will honor refunds within a 10 business days of purchase with only an original receipt. Refunds on a check will be given after 15 business days. Only merchandise that is allowed to be returned is unused and in its original condition

Steps to Follow When Returning

  1. Contact a TLD Fine Jewelry representative by e-mail at taylorlaruedesigns@gmail.com 
  2. Returns must have a RA# (return authorization number). Customers must keep track of the RA number.
  3. Keep piece(s) in the original box.
  4. The return package must be post marked within the 15 business days of purchase.

Custom and Special Orders are not valid for a refund. The reason for this is because the piece was designed and created for a individual not for the public. Depending on the piece TLD Fine Jewelry can in some instances offer a store credit or can place a piece on consignment.
