Special and Custom Orders

Special and Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These are defined as  1. Any custom or special order that is not a stock item that has been made or altered ( i.e sizing, stone removal or plating at another jeweler) at the customers request. For all custom or special orders a 50% is required at the time of the order. Depending on the phase of an individual or multiple order(s) a minimum can be held by TLD Fine Jewelry for any restocking fee if the customer decides to cancel the piece. This will not exceed 30% of the 50% deposit.   


Special Request

If you have a special request such as engraving we will do our very best to accommodate your ideas. Please email info@taylorlaruedesigns.com to be put in touch directly with our design team. 



Upon request TLD Fine Jewelry will provide a free appraisal for any piece purchased from TLD Jewelry with the exception of a consignment piece(s). This appraisal is proof of purchase and can be used for your insurance company.  Each insurance company can be different and you will need to consult your agent. 


Cleaning and Service

TLD Jewelry recommends cleaning your jewelry and checking the prongs at least three times per year. Please make sure you are caring for you jewelry in the recommend manner as each piece can vary depending on the particular piece.


Repairs on Purchased Jewlery

We take pride in our work and each piece has a 1 year warranty from the date of the delivery (unless otherwise designated).  Any problem on a piece resulting from inherent flaws, customer negligence or abusive wear and tear will not be covered in the 1 year warranty. TLD Fine Jewelry reserves the right to determine if the warranty is in place or void due to the listed reasons.
